We are happy to accept returns on products except personalized or custom orders within 7 days of delivery of your order. There is a 12% Restocking Fee for returned items. If your return shows any signs of use or wear, the item will not be accepted and will be returned to you, and no refund will be issued.
If you have purchased from one of our retail partner, please contact them directly for any returns. We cannot accept returns on items purchased from a third party.

RETURNS
Please write to us at connect@thehidemaster.com within 7 days of receiving the order for a return request, otherwise, orders are not eligible for returns. A return shipping fee must be paid by the customer.
Before Making Any Payment Disputes: Please always contact us right away, we would be happy to help and greatly appreciate this. If would like to cancel the order, contact us within 24 hours of placing the order and we will give you a full refund if the order has not shipped yet.
The Hide Master does not offer returns on orders using coupon codes or any sale items.
To start a return, contact us directly at connect@thehidemaster.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping address to send your package. Any items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
DAMAGES & ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can quickly assist in correcting any issues. Contact us directly at connec@thehidemaster.com.
REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know when the refund is approved or not. If approved, you will automatically be refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take between 3 to 7 days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. Refunds via returning products will just be issued after we receive the product and are approved if it’s in the same condition.

THE TOTAL VALUE OF ANY LIABILITY OF THE HIDE MASTER IN ANY CAUSE OF ACTION SHALL BE STRICTLY LIMITED TO THE AGGREGATE DOLLAR AMOUNT PAID BY THE CUSTOMER TO THE HIDE MASTER. FOR THE PURCHASE UNDER THIS INVOICE. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE HIDE MASTER BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL LOSSES OR DAMAGES CONCERNING THE ITEMS PURCHASED.
