Shipping Policy

We strive to ship all orders of products in stock within 2 business days after the order has been placed. Product with personalization are generally shipped with 5 business days after order has been placed. If your order will take longer to ship, we will notify you immediately.

We offer shipping at flat rate and use DHL, FedEx and International Post to ship your order depending on availability and affordability of service to the your shipping address. Order shipped using DHL and FedEx usually arrive arrive within 3-7 days after they have been dispatched. Order shipped using International Post usually arrive between 5-14 business day after they been dispatched. However, there can be circumstances where shipping can take up to 3-5 weeks depending on location and processing. If you are expecting a package with either of these services, it is the buyers responsibility to monitor the tracking and to check if the package is being held with customs. Sometimes customs will hold packages for up to 3 weeks before returning to sender.

We fill out the customs form on our end. We will NOT adjust the actual value of the order. The buyer assumes all responsibility for any additional fees or charges associated with shipping items internationally including but not limited to Sales tax (VAT) and Import Duty in the importing country and processing fees charged by shipping company. It is Buyer’s responsibility to verify whether the country in delivery address permits import of the product you want to order before ordering.

You will receive tracking information once your order is picked-up by shipping company. After your order has left India, The Hide Master will not be responsible for tracking, redirecting, finding, locating, inquiring about a package held at the local post office, or calling the carrier for more information. If for some reason you don’t get a tracking number you can email connect@thehidemaster.com and we will send you the link.

If something goes wrong on our end such as, typo in address, zip, etc., we will do our best to get it figured out, but please understand that it could take additional time. We cannot discount the order due to human error. We will not charge the buyer addition shipping to get it back to the original address.

Due to differences in shipping regulations, methods, and other factors, The Hide Master cannot be held responsible for the safety of international packages. By placing an order to be shipped internationally, you, the customer, take full responsibility for your shipment and its contents (loss, damage, theft, etc.).

The Hide Master is not responsible for any direct, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages that arise from improper international shipping practices.
